Nova Love serves as an anchor for the life and mental wellness of today's teens and young adults.
At Nova Love, we put ourselves in our teens' and young adults' shoes to better understand what they are going through which allows us to effectively provide individualized life and mental wellness coaching support that benefits their growth.
During our sessions, we incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices and counseling skills to engage our young people. We also endorse positive, innovative, and youthful activities such as therapeutic gaming sessions AND live music sessions (both held individually and in groups).
We assist our young people with overcoming modern day developmental challenges that have the potential to deter them from living happy, healthy, and prosperous lives. We want our youth to WIN.

Our young people may have suppressed feelings and emotions about different internal or external challenges, but they may fear that being honest will get them in trouble or have adverse effects. Nova Love ensures our teens and young adults are comfortable discussing difficult topics and encourages them to seek guidance during confusion, uncertainty, or any emotion that does not serve them well. We motivate our youth to pay attention to what is in their hearts which prevents things and situations from robbing our young people of their joy.
Parents and guardians please do not send your children and our Future Leaders off to their next grade level, to a new school, off to college, or out into the "real world" without having adequate supports in place.
